In the course I attended, I had the opportunity to study the possible effects of climate change. As our department is the electricity production and sales department, we produce electricity from natural energy and reduce carbon emissions; It is being implemented following the needs of the people and the policies of the government to avoid harming the environment. Because of the opportunity to learn about the Energy Crisis, Low Carbon, Green and diversified development, we have received information that could be considered in the activities to be carried out.

We can’t emphasis enough the importance of setting and develop economic and investment zone for country’s development, that is why since 1980’s china has started develop economic zone areas, economic zones have contributed a lot on China’s economy, boosted export, attract investors and business in general.

During my daily activities at my work place I only deal with money only and it never came into my mind to switch to other positions like this one that deal with investments, after this training I am ready to change to another environment and deal with other challenges which I am ready to deal with because of this training. I have learned a lot during this past three weeks and believe that in this ever changing economic environment, management is the key factor in turning around the ailing state of any given country or Organization, hence why continued efforts to improve my skills in strategic leadership. This will consequently effect the necessary changes and informed decisions that most African countries are in dire need to undertake to improve their economies. This training project again helped me with direction my country- Lesotho should take in order to improve as a way to attract more investors in the country. Again it taught me the importance of having more investments as a country and their contribution towards economic growth..
