This seminar on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for developing countries was substantial in content and professionally organized. It demonstrated a high level of expertise and humanistic care in aspects such as curriculum design, schedule arrangement, and logistical services. The knowledge and experiences shared hold significant reference value for SME policy formulation in Cape Verde. The seminar themes were highly relevant to my professional duties. I look forward to future seminars with more targeted topics, such as the construction of business incubation systems for SMEs in manufacturing. I had the honor of participating in the "Belt and Road" National Vocational Education Digitalization Seminar hosted by the People's Republic of China, which included visits to Shanghai and Changchun. The program was both comprehensive and highly rewarding, offering valuable pathways for exploring and advancing vocational education in developing countries. China's education system has clearly evolved through multiple developmental phases, with vocational education recently becoming a national priority. Chinese enterprises and industries have played crucial roles in building educational infrastructure and developing learning resources. Substantial government investment in education has resulted in cutting-edge, high-quality programs.

The trainers level was very good, and they had great experiences and a simple easy way to deliver it to us.The translation level was very good and very clear. The Learnin platform was clear and very organized and easy to use.The Chinese Staff was very helpful and friendly answering all our questions and communicating and directing us. The program in general was very helpful for me in my work as an urban and regional planner - the study of the master plan of Shanghai 2035 was very important (how to deliver the goals - vision - strategies and how to share it with public and implement them) - and the Arcplus group works were inspiring ho they combined beauty, art, function and sustainability.
