Ms. MARILENA-LUCIANA CRISTEA, Vice Governor of Dambovita, Romania (vice-ministerial level) at the time, once attended the “2019 Ministerial Seminar on Urban Planning, Construction and Development” held by Shanghai training base. As a participant representative, she gave a speech at the opening ceremony, saying that “I really appreciate this opportunity to attend the seminar, and see the miracles created by China and the innovative technologies adopted by it during its urban planning, construction, and development. I also feel thrilled to witness the magnificence of China’s historical and new architectures, and look forward to building a lasting friendship with all of you.” During the training, she was received by Shang Yuying, Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. She said that the seminar was both interesting and meaningful for her.
