On December 27, 2019, the international students took part in the “SSTTS Cup” event sponsored by Shanghai Science & Technology Translation Society (SSTTS). Established in January, 1985, Shanghai Science & Technology Translation Society (SSTTS) is an academic non-profit organization with corporate capacity, and a member of the Translators Association of China (TAC). It is directly supervised by Shanghai Association for Science and Technology (SAST), and its members include both group members and individual members, such as key national scientific research institutions, library and information departments, institutions of higher learning, key SOEs, and joint ventures. By taking part in this event, our international students learned of the latest information and news of the translation community, and improved their comprehensive quality.
