Open the“Alipay”application and enter“随申办”in search bar.
Enter“出入境”and follow the under step
Select“Residence permit for study”
Select as follow and enter your information
And click the next step;
As follow, and select the date and time you want to make an appointment.
After that you click submit(“提交”） when there is no problem.
Now you have made an appointment.
