Promoting the digital transformation of judicial practice is an essential path to enhancing judicial efficiency and realizing a people-centered justice system. The organization of this seminar represents a practical effort to deepen cooperation between China and Honduras in the field of digital transformation of judicial practice, implement the "three global initiatives," and advance the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.

Since then, political mutual trust between the two countries has continued to deepen, and economic and trade exchanges have increased significantly, laying a solid foundation for cooperation. In recent years, Shanghai, the city where the seminar takes place, has achieved notable progress in the digital transformation of judicial practice. Liu expressed hope that the seminar would fully leverage Shanghai's resource advantages to help Honduras enhance judicial efficiency and fairness, while also deepening bilateral exchanges and cooperation in judicial digital transformation and talent cultivation.
