The program was both comprehensive and highly rewarding, offering valuable pathways for exploring and advancing vocational education in developing countries. China's education system has clearly evolved through multiple developmental phases, with vocational education recently becoming a national priority. Chinese enterprises and industries have played crucial roles in building educational infrastructure and developing learning resources. Substantial government investment in education has resulted in cutting-edge, high-quality programs.

Moving forward, I recommend educational cooperation through blended learning, sharing tourism governance expertise with Kenya's industry, and facilitating student exchanges between our countries.

We hope such seminars will continue and explore more specific topics like "Service Trade Development in Least Developed Countries," "E-commerce as a Trade Development Alternative," "Pilot Free Trade Zones for LCD Development," or "Industrialization and Opening-up Strategies for LCDs."

Given the challenges facing Laos, I would greatly appreciate guidance from China on developing a robust industrial sector.
