Mr. Ashraf Oukasha Abdellatif Ahmad, Professor at Sohag University, Director of the Center for International Relations and International Cooperation, and Director of the Masar Incubator. From August 7 to August 20, 2025, he attended the Seminar on Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Arab Countries, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China and organized by Shanghai Business School. After the seminar, he facilitated the cooperation between Sohag University of Egypt and our institution.
