On the morning of June 1, the Seminar on Operation, Calibration, and Maintenance of Advanced Medical Equipment for Rwanda, organized by MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) at Shanghai Business School (SBS), held its launch ceremony. Liu Bin, Dean of the College of International Education and Director of MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai), attended the ceremony.
Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Rwanda, the two countries have forged an unbreakable brotherly friendship, maintaining a long tradition of excellent cooperation in the medical and health field. To date, China has sent a total of 26 medical teams to Rwanda. From building modern hospitals and donating key medical equipment such as surgical tables and operating lights, to launching cervical cancer screening cooperation projects and promoting the localization of medical products in Africa, China-Rwanda medical cooperation has always focused on the needs of the people. Through "small but beautiful" practical initiatives, this cooperation has become a vivid example of building the "Healthy Silk Road".
