On the morning of May 24, the College of International Education and MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) held a cadre appointment announcement meeting at Meeting Room 1501 in the Xuhui Campus. Mr. Chen Xiaofeng,Deputy Secretary of the School Party Committee, Ms. Zhu Weijuan,Director of the Organization Dept. of the School Party Committee, Mr. Chen Wei,Executive Vice Dean of the College, and Ms. Dai Ying,Vice Dean of the College attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

Zhu Weijuan first announced the appointment of Dai Ying on behalf of the School Party Committee and extended her congratulations to Dai Ying. Specifically, Dai Ying was appointed as the Vice Dean of the College of International Education and the Deputy Director of the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai), with the probation period of 1 year. Later, Dai Ying and Chen Wei both made short speeches. Dai Ying said that she would further improve herself through intensified study in the future work, carry out in-depth research for better integration into the collective, actively and pragmatically fulfill the duties, and set strict demands on herself with honest and clean behaviors. Chen Wei expressed that in the future work, he would support and cooperate with Dai Ying, and enhance mutual understandings in work to jointly promote the international education to a higher level. In the open dialogues, relevant faculty congratulated Dai Ying, and expressed their attitudes of active coordinating and supporting the leadership of the College.
Chen Xiaofeng made a concluding speech and expressed congratulations to Dai Ying. Besides, he indicated that internationalization is an important development direction in the 14th Five-Year Plan of SBS. As the outward display window, the College is expected to make full use of the Alliance of Belt and Road Business Schools, MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials and other platforms, explore an international brand with business development characteristics, shoulder heavy burdens with cohesion upon the new starting point, and boost SBS to enter a new development height.
