Notice on the holiday arrangements for the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival in 2021

According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of some holidays in 2021, combined with the actual situation of the university and the college, the 2021 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

I. Mid-Autumn Festival

1. Holiday adjustment time:

September 19 (Sunday) to 21 (Tuesday) will be holidays for a total of 3 days.

September 18 (Saturday) will be a workday.

2. Course schedule:

On September 18 (Saturday, the first week of the school calendar), classes will follow course schedules of September 20 (Monday, the second week of the school calendar).

II. National Day

1.Holiday adjustment time:

October 1 (Friday) to 7 (Thursday) will be holidays for a total of 7 days. September 26 (Sunday) and October 9 (Saturday) will be workdays.

2.Course schedule:

Classes on September 26 (Sunday, the second week of the school calendar) will follow course schedules of October 6 (Wednesday, the fourth week of the school calendar).

Classes on October 9 (Saturday, the fourth week of the school calendar) will follow course schedules of October 7 (Thursday, the fourth week of the school calendar).

III. Other Arrangements

1. All departments strictly implement the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the safety education of teachers and students, be aware of personal protection, and continue to implement the "daily reporting of safety". In principle, teachers and students do not leave Shanghai during holidays, and those who really need to leave must strictly follow the leave procedures.

2. Make appropriate arrangements for international students to ensure normal and orderly study and life in Shanghai. Each department is required conduct a safety inspection before the holiday. In case of major emergencies during the holidays, emergencies must be reported in a timely manner and properly handled according to regulations to ensure a safe holiday for teachers, students, and staff.
