Han Bo believes that with the support of the Pudong Science and Economic Commission and the leaders of the Free Trade Union Development, as the first free trade zone offshore technology and innovation platform in China, Kechuang No.1 Free Trade Zone should make full use of the Yangshan Special Protection Zone in the Lingang New Area. It should explore the development model of offshore science and technology innovation and construct the operation of offshore science and technology innovation projects in terms of technology offshore, cargo offshore, talent offshore and capital offshore. He looks forward to carrying out more cooperation projects with the “Belt and Road” countries through such seminars.
