Notice on the work arrangements for winter vacation in 2022

According to the relevant requirements of the university's "Notice on Work Arrangements for the Winter Vacation in 2022", combined with the actual situation of the college, the 2022 college's winter vacation arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

1.Vacation arrangements

Starting from January 10, each department should arrange work according to the actual situation. If there is no specific work, rotating holidays can be arranged. The official workday will be February 17 (Thursday).

The Administration Office of the College arranges work shifts on the Xuhui campus every Wednesday (not arranged between January 24 and February 4). If there is an emergency, please contact in advance.

2.Epidemic prevention and control work

According to the epidemic prevention and control work requirements, all staff and international students should not leave Shanghai unless necessary, and should not go to overseas and domestic medium and high risk areas, those who really need to leave must strictly follow the leave procedures. All departments strictly implement the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control work, strengthen the safety education of teachers and students, be aware of personal protection, and continue to implement the "daily reporting of safety", and truthfully fill in their location, body temperature and physical condition. In case of changes in the epidemic situation, timely adjustments will be made in accordance with relevant requirements of superiors and further notice will be given.

3.Others

The person in charge of each department should conduct a safety self-inspection of the department before the holiday to clear potential safety hazards in time. During the winter vacation, all staff should ensure that the power supply, doors and windows of the office are closed before leaving to prevent safety accidents. Please refer to the regulations of the university and related functional departments for other matters not covered.
