Chen Wei firstly reported on the development of the project in terms of research background, research objectives, research content, research process and results. This project is based on the background situation of the deepening reform in the education field in recent years and the thinking on the future development of continuing education and the dual system education in Shanghai, facing the low- quality problem of talents cultivation in the process of running continuing education for higher education. Through in-depth research on the professional standards of Shanghai, the project has gained a comprehensive understanding of the professional setting and standards of continuing education in this city. On the basis of this study, a complete working model has been developed, and a pilot implementation of logistics management (post-secondary education) has been selected to provide a model and reference for the construction of professional standards of continuing education in local universities.
The experts reviewed and discussed the project carefully on the basis of consulting the project materials and listening to the project report, and formed the evaluation opinions. The experts unanimously agreed that the project focuses on the actual development needs, aims at the shortcomings and deficiencies of professional standards, and forms the construction methods and measures to improve professional standards. The project results are rich in content, have important practical significance and promotion value, and can provide an important reference for the national and local government's decisions on higher education continuing education. It is agreed that the project has passed the acceptance. The evaluation experts also suggested that this project should further highlight the characteristics of continuing education, focusing on "what kind of people to cultivate and how to cultivate" and other issues.
Director Yan Pengtao and Deputy Director Huang Feng both highly affirmed the specific practice and achievements of the project team, and hoped that the project team could continue to conduct in-depth research, adhere to the problem-oriented approach, and put forward more real problems and do more grounded and specific exploration.
The project team will further strengthen understanding, improve standards and deepen practice based on the opinions and suggestions of the leaders and experts, so as to provide practical experience for the construction of continuing education in Shanghai and lay the foundation for the dual system education for workers in Shanghai.
