The friendly relations between China and Serbia have a long history and have been vital for a long time. Serbia is the first country in Central and Eastern Europe to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership with China, and under the framework of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the "China-Central and Eastern European Countries Cooperation", new breakthroughs have been made in cooperation between the two countries in trade, investment and infrastructure. Serbia is the country where China has built the most infrastructure projects in the Central and Eastern European region. At present, infrastructure projects such as highways, power stations and railroad renovation and upgrading constructed by Chinese enterprises are steadily advancing, contributing to the economic and social development of Serbia. By holding this seminar, our university shares China's successful experience in railroad construction and operation and maintenance to provide reference for Serbia, enhance Serbia's independent development capacity and write a new chapter of friendship.
The seminar focused on railroad construction and operation and maintenance, and invited experts and scholars from Tongji University, Donghua University, Shanghai Maritime University, China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Corporation, Shanghai Casco Signal Corporation, Shanghai Municipal People's Government Urban Development Research Center and other units to exchange and discuss with the participants on the topics of high-speed railway operation organization, theory and practice of railroad track maintenance and repair management, railroad track facility inspection and condition assessment, and railroad comprehensive scheduling management.
The seminar was approved by all participants.
