Registration Matters for International Students

I Undergraduate programs

(I) School registration

1 New student registration: New students should register at the designated spot with original Admission Notice, original JW202 form, and passport.

2 Returning student registration: Returning students should register at the College of International Education with student ID card and passport.

3 After school registration, they should register at their respective faculties (departments), and obtain curriculum, course selection, and other information.

(II) Registration date

Registration is generally arranged in early September. New students can found the specific date on the Admission Notice. Returning students can check the School Calendar of the current year.

(III) Post-registration

Students who cannot register on the registration day:

1 New students should contact with the College of International Education for approval in advance. Those failing to register on time without approval shall be deemed as having given up their entry qualification.

2 Returning students should contact with their faculty for a leave in advance. Those failing to register on time without leave shall be punished as absenteeism, and being absent from school beyond the specified time limit shall be counseled out.

II Language student programs

(I) School registration

Students should bring their original Admission Notice, original JW202 form, and passport for school registration at the designated spot. Those who have submitted a pre-graduation certificate should also hand in their high school diploma.

Students will be arranged for on-campus accommodation and payment of accommodation fees within the registration date.
