Mr.TESHOME TAFESSE BEYENE, Minister of Finance of Ethiopia (vice-ministerial level) at the time, once attended the “2019 Ministerial Seminar on Financial Strategies for Developing Countries” held by Shanghai training base. He offered many constructive suggestions on the seminar, relying on his professional finance knowledge and rich political experience. He said in his study report that “we should not only thank China for its outstanding contributions and generous aids, but also be proud of our own dramatic changes and progress.” In 2020, Minister BEYENE was appointed as a guest professor at SBS. Minister BEYENE has actively promoted cooperation and exchanges between SBS and Addis Ababa University, attended the 9th Financial Alliance Summit International Forum sponsored by SBS as a special guest, and presented a speech.
