Mr.LING AUNG, Vice Minister of Finance of Burma at the time, once attended the “2014 Ministerial Seminar on Financial Strategies for Developing Countries” held by Shanghai training base, and was the first ministerial-level participant of our base. He said that the study experience in Shanghai gave him a clear understanding of China’s financial development status. He also experienced his belief that these Seminar would provide effective platforms for officials to broaden their horizon, improve their competence, exchange ideas, and engage in cooperation.
