He stated that the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement and the unveiling of the practice teaching base are important measures to deepen university-local government collaboration and expand resources for international practice teaching. These steps will further elevate cooperation between SBS and local government to a new level, building a higher-quality platform for the cultivation of internationally oriented talent, the training of international business officials, and international practice teaching.
Jiao Changlong reviewed the history of cooperation between the two parties in the field of international practice teaching. He noted that over the past three years, the School of the Huangshan Municipal Committee of the CPC has hosted a total of 226 international officials, fully demonstrating the sense of responsibility of SBS-local government collaboration in serving the country's opening-up strategy. This signing and unveiling ceremony represent an important achievement in complementing each other's resources, integrating strengths, and empowering both parties. Looking ahead, the School of the Huangshan Municipal Committee of the CPC will continue to work with SBS to build a high-level practice teaching platform, further expanding pathways for international education, international exchange, and sci-tech innovation cooperation, contributing greater strength to serving a high level of opening-up.
During the symposium and exchange session, Jiang Liming, focusing on the four key concepts of "innovation, cooperation, talent, and openness", systematically introduced the development of sci-tech innovation and entrepreneurship in Huangshan City. He highlighted achievements in areas such as the cultivation of high-tech enterprises, the construction of research platforms, the integration of industry, academia, and research, and the layout of international sci-tech innovation cooperation, fully demonstrating Huangshan's solid foundation and development potential in deepening the sci-tech innovation industry and expanding opening-up.
Representatives of Huangshan enterprises shared their experiences based on their respective development realities, introducing their practical experience in areas such as research and development, technology commercialization, market expansion, and industrial collaboration. The participating enterprise representatives expressed their hope to leverage this exchange platform to deepen engagement with various countries in areas such as technology collaboration, market co-development, talent exchange, and project cooperation, achieving complementary advantages, mutual benefit, and shared development.
Representatives of the seminar participants also actively shared their learning experiences and cooperation expectations. Ms. Viviana Casallas Rojas, Advisor to the Government of the Municipality of Yopal, Colombia, stated that her trip to China allowed her to experience firsthand the vitality of China's sci-tech development and the profound heritage of Chinese culture. She hopes to bring back the knowledge gained during the seminar to her home country, using knowledge, technology, and international cooperation to inject new momentum into the development of her hometown.
Mr. Félix Ramón Ochoa Maldonado, CEO of CLUE HUNTER in Madrid, Spain, said that when he first arrived in China, he came with questions and curiosity. After on-site study and exchange, he was deeply moved by China's development achievements, open attitude, and sincerity in cooperation. He believes that different countries have different national conditions, and differences are not obstacles but important opportunities for complementary cooperation. In today's interdependent world, sincere dialogue serves as an important bridge for promoting cultural communication and advancing pragmatic cooperation.
