On October 4, 2021, the College of International Education organized the "Foreign Students Seeing Shanghai" practical course. 24 international students from Russia, Uzbekistan, Colombia, Yemen and other countries participated in this activity.
In the morning, the college teacher first led them to visit the Shanghai Museum. They visited the bronze exhibition hall and calligraphy and painting hall. The exquisite cultural relics with Chinese characteristics in the museum deeply attracted the students. They all said that the Chinese cultural relics are beautiful and the stories behind them are also interesting.

In the afternoon, the college teacher led the international students to visit the landmark buildings of Shanghai-The Bund and Nanjing Road. The Oriental Pearl Tower, the national buildings and the charming scenery along the Huangpu River make them linger. By telling the stories behind the buildings, such as the history of changes in the Peace Hotel, the international students have a deeper understanding of this city.

The "Foreign Students Seeing Shanghai" activity is an important part of the "Study in Shanghai" plan, which has enhanced their emotional understanding of Shanghai and China. The international students were immersed in the development and changes of Shanghai. They not only experienced the charm of Shanghai as a metropolis, but also felt the charm of Chinese culture and deepened their recognition of China's development path.
