According to the overall arrangement of the 17th Sports Meeting and the First Sports Carnival of the university, combined with the actual situation of the college, the suspension of classes during the sports meeting is hereby notified as follows:
The 17th Sporting Meeting and the First Sports Carnival will be held from the afternoon of November 4th to November 5th, 2021. After discussion, it is decided that the whole university will suspend classes on the afternoon of November 4 (Thursday, the 8th week of the school calendar) and November 5 (Friday, the 8th week of the school calendar). If the sports meeting cannot be held as scheduled due to the weather, the postponed time will be notified separately. However, on the afternoon of November 4 (Thursday, the 8th week of the school calendar) and November 5 (Friday, the 8th week of the school calendar), classes will be resumed throughout the day.All departments are requested to notify teachers in advance to make teaching arrangements.
