On the afternoon of May 7, in order to further strengthen foreign cooperation and exchanges, expand foreign aid training resources, and improve the quality of foreign aid training, our college held a conference on the theme of "Youth Entrepreneurship" for foreign aid training with Shanghai Youth Cadre Management College (Shanghai Youth League School). Zhu Hong, Vice President of Shanghai Youth Management Cadre College, heads of Youth Foreign Exchange Training Department and Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Department, Chen Wei, Vice Dean of our college and Deputy Director of the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai), relevant staff of the College Office and Training Project Department participated in the activity.
At the meeting, Vice Dean Chen Wei firstly introduced the attendees and expressed his gratitude to Shanghai Youth League School for their support. He pointed out that the Shanghai Youth Management Cadre College is known as the "cradle of Shanghai Communist Youth League cadres" and has cultivated a large number of party and government youth backbones and work professionals, and has accumulated rich experience and established a good reputation in the training of youth talents and youth innovation and entrepreneurship. Taking the "Youth Entrepreneurship" project as an opportunity, the two sides have a wide range of cooperation space in terms of the plan design, training implementation, co-hosting youth entrepreneurship forums, and international youth exchanges and cooperation. Zhou Dejiang, Director of the Training Project Department, gave a detailed introduction of the Base's overview, the effectiveness of its foreign aid training work and the requirements for implementing foreign aid training projects.
Vice President Zhu Hong introduced the basic situation of Shanghai Youth Management Cadre College in terms of history, departmental settings and faculty members. Han Li, Director of Youth Foreign Exchange Training Department, and Hu Yuexiang, Deputy Director of Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Department, gave a detailed introduction to the main business development from the aspects of training objects, training mode and training scale.
Focusing on the theme project of "Youth Entrepreneurship", the two sides discussed topics such as online project teaching form, program design cooperation mode, and project expansion cooperation direction. Both sides expressed the hope to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation by taking this conference as an opportunity.
The Shanghai Youth League School (Shanghai Youth Management Cadre College) is a public institution directly under the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League. Since its establishment in 1951, the school has always adhered to the main responsibility of training youth cadres and made great achievements in the education and training of the Communist Youth League, theoretical research on youth work and related disciplines, and the collaborative development of the league school system.
