Outstanding international students studying in China will have opportunities to get the scholarship. Specific standards as follows:
I Programs

2. Undergraduate Programs (Taught in English) 4 years ( Finance, Business Administration , Marketing, Hospitality Management)
II Scholarship
Outstanding international students studying in China will have opportunities to get the scholarship. Scholarships are to be granted with a view to actual circumstances.
III Eligibility & Application
1. Eligibility Requirements
(1) Citizenship
Students applying for the undergraduate programs must be non-Chinese citizens.
(2) Age and Education Background
Applicants should obtain a high school degree or above and be no more than 25 years old;
(3) Language Proficiency
Applicants should obtain meet the required language proficiency.
2. Application Requirements
Students can log onto the admission website http://www.sbs.edu.cn/en_01/ and apply online.
(1) Application Form (enclosed)
Please provide complete and clear information in English or Chinese on the application form. The following materials need to be sent to 1186985089@qq.com.
(2) Passport copies (copies of valid passport, attached with a photo and stating name, date of birth, period of validity, and passport number), and visa copies (for students with history of exit from or entry into China);
(3) Graduation certificate of highest degree;
(4) Complete transcripts of high school/junior college (international students of international schools must provide an official statement about all-English teaching issued by the school. The high school transcripts provided by international students of a non-international schools must contain English scores. Considering that different countries have different scoring criteria, the converted scores under the Chinese scoring system must reach or exceed 60);
(5) Certificates of internationally recognized English proficiency tests, such as IELTS band 5.5 or TOEFL 80 or above (In the absence of such certificates, international students of international schools must provide an official statement about all-English teaching issued by the school. The high school transcripts provided by international students of a non-international schools must contain English scores.);
(6) Certificate of financial state;
(7) Physical examination form for foreigners (no communicable diseases);
(8) A three-minute introduction video in English (one-minute self-introduction, one minute introducing the reasons of studying in China, and the remaining minute talking about overseas study plan, including studying experiences(if any) in China);
(9) Photo (2-inch bareheaded color photo named after passport number; white background without frame, with the head accounting for 2/3 of the photo; at least 320*240 in pixels, 4:3 in aspect ratio, 100-500 KB in size; JPG format);
(10) Certificate of no criminal record.
Notes:
1) Documents issued in other languages must be notarized, and translated into Chinese or English;
2) Applicant below 18 years old must also provide a Guardian's Letter of Guarantee;
3. Application time: Every year in December – 16th, May in the following year
Ⅳ. Annual Evaluation
SBS Evaluation Committee of SGS will make comprehensive evaluations of the SGS students’ academic performance, attitude, attendance and conduct every year. Students evaluated as qualified are entitled to get the scholarship in the following year; those who fail the evaluation will be suspended or deprived of the scholarship for the following year.

Note* Passing HSK4 is one of the graduation requirements under all-English teaching programs. Besides specialty courses, students must also receive Chinese courses based on school plans. A student with Chinese foundation and a degree equivalent to domestic higher vocational education/junior college degree may apply for two-year education, and select a corresponding or similar specialty. Students without Chinese foundation are recommended to apply for four-year education.
