On the afternoon of April 15, Deputy Director Chen Runyun of the International Business Officials Training Institute of the Ministry of Commerce and heads of six international business training bases across the country including Fujian Foreign Economic Cooperation Center, Jiangxi Foreign Language and Foreign Trade Vocational College, Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce Business Training Center, Hunan Foreign Trade Vocational College, Shanghai Business School and Yunnan International Economics and Technology Exchange Center (hereinafter referred to as "base units"), held video conferences and deployed foreign aid training work. The department heads of the above-mentioned base units, the Foreign Aid Training Liaison Office, the Foreign Aid Training Project Management Division I, and the Foreign Aid Training Program Management Division II attended the meeting.

Each base unit reported the implementation and experience of online foreign aid training projects in 2021, sorted out the training projects that have not yet been implemented, and proposed the project implementation plan in 2022. Deputy Director Chen affirmed the implementation of foreign aid online training projects and the results achieved by each base unit, and conducted exchanges and discussions on how to solve related work difficulties and improve the quality and effect of online training. Deputy Director Chen pointed out that online training is still the main method this year, and the vast number of developing countries have a strong desire to learn from China's development experience and development plans; each base unit is the backbone and main force of foreign aid training, and it is necessary to have a "big country" mindset, further improve the political position, give full play to the role of "vanguard", lead other undertaking units across the country to do a good job in foreign aid training in 2022, "open as much as possible" for the projects in hand, and plan early for new projects to start classes within the year as much as possible; on the basis of conscientiously summarizing experience, it is necessary to scientifically grasp the laws and characteristics of foreign aid online training, continuously improve supply-side online training programs and services according to the project establishment requirements and the actual needs of recipient countries, enhance the pertinence, applicability, effectiveness, and sense of participation and acquisition of the training, create more high-quality courses and classic projects, and further improve the quality of training and comprehensive benefits; it is necessary to earnestly study and strictly implement the "Measures for Optimizing and Adjusting the Implementation Plan for Foreign Aid Online Training", and standardize and use relevant institutional policies; it is necessary to standardize and refine management of the entire process, improve normalized epidemic prevention and control emergency plans, strengthen daily assessment and inspection, and timely prevent and resolve various risks that may occur; it is necessary to establish and improve the contact mechanism with trainees, and actively promote the effectiveness of foreign aid training; it is necessary to attach great importance to team building, optimize personnel allocation, and temper a professional backbone team with high political quality, strong business ability, and solid working style with an international strategic vision, so as to build a high-quality "Belt and Road" and play a more active role in building a community with a shared future for mankind.
