Mr. Angel Salvador Tejeda Cuevas, a civil engineer of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In 2018, he participated in the 2018 Seminar on Urban Planning and Construction for Latin American Caribbean and South-Pacific Countries hosted by our university in Shanghai.
In 2021, Angel Salvador participated in the Seminar on Management and Application of Modern Rail Transportation for Developing Countries hosted by our university online, and his position has been promoted to the Deputy Minister of Public Works of Dominican Republic.
