On the evening of July 21, 2021 (GMT+8), the closing ceremony for " Seminar for State-Owned Enterprise Executives from Developing Countries" hosted by Ministry of Commerce and organized by MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) was held online. Mr. Chen Wei, Executive Vice Dean of the College of International Education of SBS, and Mr. Zhou Dejiang, Director of Project Department of MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) attended the ceremony.

On the evening of July 8,2021(GMT+8), the Opening Ceremony for " Seminarfor State-Owned Enterprise Executives of Developing Countries " hosted by Ministry of Commerce and organized by MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) was held online. Ms. Liu Beimin, Researcher with Division of Foreign Economic Cooperation of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce , and Mr. Chen Wei, Executive Vice Dean of the College of International Education of SBS attended the opening ceremony.

On the evening of July 2,2021(GMT+8), the Opening Ceremony for "Seminar on Capacity Improvement of Benin’s Judicial Personnel " hosted by Ministry of Commerce and organized by MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) was held online. Mr. Chen Runyun, Vice President of Academy for International Business Officials,MOFCOM, Ms. Duan Weihua，Deputy Director of 2nd Project Management Division of Academy for International Business Officials, MOFCOM,Mr. Zhang Bohui, Counselor of Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Benin, Ms. He Ying, Vice President of Shanghai Business School, and Mr. Chen Wei, Executive Vice Dean of the College ofInternational Education of SBS attended the opening ceremony.

Recently,Mr. Martin Piovano Andriolo, the participant in the 2018 Seminar on Trade and Investment for Latin American and Caribbean Countries (Spanish) and Executive Director of Uruguay MPA Consulting Company, senta letter to MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials(Shanghai) of our university to congratulate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

On June 30, 2021 International Student Scholarship Review and Work Coordination Meeting of our university was successfully held in the 3rd conference room on the 7th floor of Comprehensive Building at Fengpu campus.

At 8:00am, June 25 on Beijing time, more than 30 government officials of Ministry of Public Works from the Bahamas, gathered in the cloud to participate in the online China-Bahamas Sponge City Construction and Technology Sharing Forum organized by Ministry of Public Works of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and our university. Mr. Desmond Thomas Bannister, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Works of the Bahamas, Ms. Dai Qingli, Ambassador of China to the Bahamas, Ms. He Ying, Vice President of our university and Ms. Dai Ying, Vice Dean of our college attended the forum and delivered speeches.

On June 21, General Secretary of CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping wrote back to the international students of Peking University, encouraging them to learn more about the real China, introduce their ideas and experiences to more people, and play an active role in promoting people-to-people bonds of all countries.

On the evening of June 18, College of International Education successfully organized the 2021 Recruitment Interview of International Students in 6 meeting rooms on the 13th and 15th floors of Xuhui campus. The interview team is led by Mr. Chen Wei, Executive Vice Dean of our college, and Ms. Dai Ying，Vice Dean of our college, and composed of 12 teachers from College of Business Administration, College of Hotel Management, College of Finance and ourself. 169 international students from 34 countries were interviewed online from common sense and professional perspective through the VooV Meeting. The entire interview process is open, fair and videotaped.

On the afternoon of June 11, our college organized the activity " The Fragrance Of Zongzi From Far Beyond Makes Our Friendship Forever Bond" together with Shanghai Science and Technology Translation Society（SSTTS） and Liaokun Community Residential Committee of Yangpu District, international students from our college participated in this Dragon Boat Festival Cultural Activity.

On June 10, an investigation group led by Mr. Huang Minjie, 1st level Investigator of Department of Administrative Politics and Law of Ministry of Finance, Ms. Gui Yun, 2nd level Inspector of Foreign Aid Division of Ministry of Commerce and Ms. Du Zhaojun, Director of Foreign Aid Training Liaison Office of Training Center of Ministry of Commerce visited Shanghai Business School (SBS) to investigate online foreign aid training.

On the morning of June 10, 2021 (GMT+8), the Closing Ceremony for "Seminar on Financial Cooperation for Spanish-Speaking Countries " hosted by Ministry of Commerce and organized by MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) was held online. On the afternoon of May 28th, 2021, a Shanghai International Table Tennis Museum visit for international students was organized by the college of international education, aiming to appreciate the outstanding Chinese sports culture through the development history of table tennis.
