On the morning of December 9, 2021(GMT+8), the Opening Ceremony for " Seminar on the Development Prospects of High Technology (How to Incubate and Cultivate Industries) for Malaysia" hosted by Ministry of Commerce and organized by MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) was held online. Mr. Yu Jun, Counsellor（political affairs）of Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia, Ms. Liu Beimin, Investigatorof Foreign Economics and Cooperation Division of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, Mr. Samuel Lee, CEO of Malaysia-China Business Council (MCBC), Mr. Lim Kai Hau, Assistant Director of Prime Minister's Department (Legal Affairs Division), Ms. Huang Lihong, Director of Shanghai Technology Innovation Center, Ms. He Ying, Vice President of Shanghai Business School and Mr. Chen Wei, Executive vice dean of International Education College of Shanghai Business School attended theopening ceremony.

On the evening of December 6, Beijing time, the "FTA: Trends and Prospects" online forum jointly organized by our university and PaysandúStudy Center was successfully held. Deleón Gonzalo, Chairman of the Uruguay Paysandú Study Center (CEP), and He Ying, Vice President of our university attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Chen Wei, Executive Vice Dean of the College of International Education and DeputyDirector of the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai), hosted the forum.

On the afternoon of December 2, our university and China Railway Shanghai Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. held a Signing Ceremony for Cooperation in Practice Teaching Base for Foreign Aid Training. President Tang Haiyan, Chief Economist Luo Zhisong of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, and Zhang Guofeng, President of China Railway Shanghai Design Institute attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches. Liu Beimin, Investigator of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, Zhong Guogang, Vice President of China Railway Shanghai Design Institute GroupCo., Ltd., Yang Xiongbin, General Manager of Overseas Business Department, Xu Yingying, Director of Party Office, University Office, and Publicity Department of our university, Chen Wei, Executive Vice Dean of International Education Institute and Deputy Director of MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials(Shanghai), attended the ceremony.

"What kind of jobs can we do in China after graduation? Will the school provide us with some extra help in our future career? What's the vision of the school?"...... On the afternoon of November 30th, the first dean's afternoon tea event was held as scheduled in the cafe on the second floor of Fengxian campus. Chen Wei, executive vice dean of our college, and 12 representatives of international students from Russia, Uzbekistan, Colombia and other countries sat around the coffee table, savoring a mellow latte and talking about university life and cross-culture.

On the morning of November 25th, 2021(Beijing time), the Seminar on Trade Promotion and Trade Remedy for Latin American Countries sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and undertaken by the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) of Shanghai Business School ushered in the online opening ceremony, attended by Ms. Liu Beimin ,Researcher of Division of Foreign Economic Cooperation, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, Mr. Yao Weiqun,Executive Dean of the Shanghai International Trade Center Strategic Research Institute, and Mr. Chen Wei ,Executive Vice Dean of the College of International Education of Shanghai Business School.

On the evening of November 24th, 2021 (Beijing time), the Seminar on Trade Promotion for Portuguese-Speaking Countries sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and organized by the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai)of Shanghai Business School ushered in the online closing ceremony. Mr.Fang Meng from the Division of Foreign Economic Cooperation, Shanghai Municipal Commission and Mr. Chen Wei , Executive Vice Dean of the College of International Education, Shanghai Business School attended the ceremony.

On the afternoon of November 24th, 2021, the General Meeting of the SAEA(Shanghai Adult Education Association) Educational Academy Special Committee (also the Credit Bank Working Meeting) were successfully held on the Xuhui campus of Shanghai Business School (SBS). Due to the needs of COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control, this Meeting was conducted both online and offline. Those attended the Meeting include Mr. Chen Jianfeng (Vice President of SBS), Ms. Xu Lu (Deputy Director, General ofthe Higher Continuing Education Division, Department of Vocational and Adult Education, Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China), Mr. Yan Pengtao (Director, General of the Lifelong Education Division, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission), Mr. Chen Haijian (Director of Shanghai Lifelong Education Credit Bank Management Center),Mr. Zou Yi (Vice President of Shanghai Adult Education Association), and the heads of more than 50 units in Shanghai [incl. the continuing education departments of regular higher learning institutions (such as Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tongji University, East China Normal University and others) and independent adult colleges]. Onthe evening of October 29, Beijing time, the 47th lecture of SBS Forum hosted by Scientific Research Office of our university, co-organized by College of Hotel Management and MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) was successfully held. Mr. Edwin Ragos Enrile, guest professor of our university and Deputy Minister of Tourism of the Philippines, gave a lecture on the topic of "Introduction to Philippine Tourism: Policy, Management and Recovery".The forum was conducted both online and offline,and has the main venue in Xuhui Campus and the branch venue in Fengxian Campus.Vice President He Ying, Dean Jiang Hong and Vice Dean Fu Quansheng of the College of Hotel Management, Vice Dean Chen Wei and Vice Dean Dai Ying of the College of International Education, Xi Yubin from the College of Shanghai Lausanne Hospitality Management, representatives of teachers and students from the College of Hotel Management, and representatives of international students attended the forum.
