On the morning of October 11, the opening ceremony of the Seminar on Learning from China’s Digital Economy Development for Mauritania, organized by the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) and undertaken by the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) of SBS, was successfully held. Dai Ying, Deputy Dean of the College of International Education and Deputy Director of the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai), and Liu Jianguo, Professor from the School of Digital Economy at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics attended the opening ceremony.

On October 5, a delegation from the Jamaican Seminar on Labor and Social Security Policy Planning and Implementation, organized by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by SBS, conducted a field visit to Xinnan Village and Xinchang Ancient Town in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The visit focused on rural talent cultivation and rural innovation industry incubation platforms. Twenty officials from the Jamaican Ministry of Labor and Social Security and other agencies participated in the visit.

On the morning of September 29, the opening ceremony for Jamaica Seminar on Labor and Social Security Policy Planning and Implementation was held at the Caobao Road Campus. The seminar is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) of SBS. Chen Wei, Secretary of the Directly-Affiliated Party Branch of the School of International Education from SBS, and Associate Professor Tao Li from the School of Management at Shanghai University attended and addressed the ceremony.

On the afternoon of September 23rd, Brazil Seminar on New Energy Industry Cooperation, hosted by MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) of SBS held a symposium and exchange activity in Feixi County, Hefei City, Anhui Province. Twenty-three participants from various Brazilian government departments and companies gathered with Chinese government representatives and business leaders for in-depth discussions on the development and cooperation in the new energy industry. Attendees included Chen Wei, Secretary of the Direct Party Branch of the School of International Education from SBS; Man Yuanyuan, Deputy Director of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Sci-Tech Innovation Corridor Joint Office; Zhang Ming, Deputy County Head of Feixi County; and representatives from leading local new energy enterprises.

On the afternoon of September 21st, the Arab Nations Culture and Tourism Integration Development Training Program, organized by the Ministry of Commerce and undertaken by SBS’s Ministry of Commerce International Business Officials Training Base (Shanghai), conducted a field study trip to the Shanghai Hengfu Historical and Cultural Preservation Area. Twenty-nine trainees from six countries including Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Jordan, and Palestine visited the area accompanied by professional guides from the Xuhui District Culture and Tourism Service and Development Center, gaining an in-depth understanding of this urban model that integrates historical preservation with contemporary vitality.

On the morning of September 19th, the Brazilian New Energy Industry Cooperation Training Program, organized by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by the university's International Business Officials Training Base (Shanghai), conducted a field visit to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University——State Power Investment Corporation Smart Energy Innovation College (hereinafter referred to as the “Smart Energy Innovation College”).

The opening ceremony for the Seminar on the Integrated Development of Culture and Tourism for Arab Countries, organized by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) of SBS, was successfully held on the morning of September 12. Attendees who delivered addresses at the ceremony included Chen Wei, Secretary of the Directly Affiliated Party Branch of the School of International Education, Shanghai Business School, and Xu Ting, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Tourism Association.

On the afternoon of September 12, the opening ceremony of the the Seminar on Upgraded Green Trade Under China-ASEAN FTA, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by our university's MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai), was successfully convened. Chen Wei, Secretary of the Directly-affiliated Party Branch of the College of International Education, Shanghai Business School, and Professor Sun Bo from Shanghai University of Electric Power attended and addressed the ceremony.

On the morning of August 27, the delegation of Seminar on Financial Cooperation in Uganda, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) of Shanghai Business School, visited the Jilin Branch of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CPIC Jilin Branch") for exchange, and had in-depth discussions focusing on the development status and future trends of the insurance industry. Twenty-five officials from Ugandan government departments, including the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, the Office of the President, the Uganda Investment Authority (UIA), and the Bank of Uganda, attended the event. They were accompanied by Xi Yubin, Vice Dean of the College of Shanghai Lausanne Hospitality Management.

On the afternoon of August 19, the Opening Ceremony of the Seminar on Civil Judicial Assistance Practices in Uzbekistan and China, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) of Shanghai Business School, was successfully held at the Caobao Road Campus. Chen Wei, Secretary of the Direct Party Branch of the College of International Education of Shanghai Business School, and Zhai Wei, Associate Professor at the School of Economic Law of East China University of Political Science and Law, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.

On the morning of August 7, the Seminar on Scientific and Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Arab States, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) and organized by the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) of Shanghai Business School, officially opened at the Caobao Road Campus. The opening ceremony was held in a friendly and warm atmosphere, bringing together 31 government officials and heads of universities and research institutions from Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, and Palestine. Chen Wei, Secretary of the Direct Party Branch of the College of International Education of Shanghai Business School, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

On the afternoon of August 7, the opening ceremony of the Seminar on Digital Transformation of Judicial Practices for Honduras, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) and organized by the MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) of Shanghai Business School, was successfully held at the Caobao Road Campus.
