On the afternoon of April 15, Deputy Director Chen Runyun of the International Business Officials Training Institute of the Ministry of Commerce and heads of six international business training bases across the country including Fujian Foreign Economic Cooperation Center, Jiangxi Foreign Language and Foreign Trade Vocational College, Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce Business Training Center, Hunan Foreign Trade Vocational College, Shanghai Business School and Yunnan International Economics and Technology Exchange Center (hereinafter referred to as "base units"), held video conferences and deployed foreign aid training work. On the afternoon of December 22, 2021 (Beijing time), the closing ceremony for Seminar on the Development Prospects of High Technology (How to Incubate and Cultivate Industries) for Malaysia sponsored by Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and organized by MOFCOM Training Base for International Business Officials (Shanghai) washeld online. Madam He Ying, Vice President of Shanghai Business School,made a summary of the program on behalf of SBS, and Mr. Li Taikang, CEOof the Malaysia-China Business Council, issued the course-completion certificates to the participants.
